ACL Festival Week Videographer: Brand Activations & Vip Recaps
Austin City Limits Music Festival fills Zilker Park and the hotels around it. Brands still run activations, suites, and VIP rooms. Adam covers those rooms when the organizer hires the day.
In 2026 the festival is 2 to 4 October and 9 to 11 October.

How A festival-week Day Is Scoped
Name the room, the guest flow, and the cuts. Festival recaps default to a muted picture and a licensed library score unless you license the PA music. Stills can ride on the same day. Extra cameras when the patio and the indoor room run at once. Who usually pays: a brand, agency, organizer, sponsor, hotel F&B team, or VIP host.
