A recap the organizer can send, speaker or session cuts when the agenda needs them, stills, and verticals for the channels you already use. Extra cameras when two rooms go live at once. Aerial only when the airspace allows.

March
SXSW EDU 9 to 12 March 2026. SXSW main 12 to 18 March 2026, with 12 March as Crossover Day. The Austin Convention Center is closed through about 2028, so SXSW runs a citywide campus: Innovation at Brazos Hall, Film and TV at 800 Congress, Music at The Downright, plus Hilton Austin, JW Marriott Austin, Omni Austin, Fairmont Austin, and Austin Marriott Downtown. April and May
