What a coverage day is
A recap the organizer can send, speaker or session cuts when the agenda needs them, stills, and verticals for the channels you already use. Extra cameras when two rooms go live at once. Aerial only when the airspace allows. No invented crew size.
Festival weeks and hotel weeks
SXSW in March, ACL Fest in October, F1 weekend at COTA in late October, and the hotel-ballroom conference calendar around them. The Austin Convention Center is closed through about 2028, so downtown hotels and halls carry more of the load. See the month line on the Austin hub.

NASCAR at COTA, 27 February to 1 March 2026. Hospitality and activations around the circuit, not league media.
March
SXSW EDU 9 to 12 March 2026. SXSW main 12 to 18 March 2026, with 12 March as Crossover Day. The Austin Convention Center is closed through about 2028, so SXSW runs a citywide campus: Innovation at Brazos Hall, Film and TV at 800 Congress, Music at The Downright, plus Hilton Austin, JW Marriott Austin, Omni Austin, Fairmont Austin, and Austin Marriott Downtown. April and May

June and July

November
Austin Film Festival continues through 5 November 2026. Food and Wine, 6 to 8 November 2026. Conference on Robot Learning (CoRL), 9 to 12 November 2026, at JW Marriott Austin, Hilton Austin, and Bass Concert Hall at UT.
