Forest Creek Golf Club sits at 99 Twin Ridge Parkway, Round Rock, Texas 78664, less than thirty minutes north of downtown Austin. The city-owned public course is 7,147 yards, par 72. KemperSports and the club's own site credit architect Dick Phelps and an opening in 1990. Golf Digest named it Best Public Golf Course in Central Texas.

Community Impact reported that Round Rock hired KemperSports in 2017 and funded a $5.1 million renovation that closed the course and reopened it on October 1, 2018. General manager Jeff Dayton told the paper the greens were rebuilt with TifEagle Bermuda, trees were thinned, and bunkers were reworked so a missed fairway was playable again.

This June 2021 film is a recruitment piece for Jordan Davis. The opening still is a profile on the course: a white Nike visor, a pink The Open ball marker on the brim, a dark polo, and a Ping G425 driver in the foreground. Trees sit in bright bokeh behind the player.
