How a ballroom shoot works
Load-in through the dock Banquets names. Send the run of show, the room name as the hotel listed it, and whether the stage is a riser or pipe-and-drape. Two bodies and a compact audio kit unless the brief asks for more. Who usually pays: a brand, agency, organizer, sponsor, hotel F&B team, or VIP host.
