Barton Hill Farms sat at 1115 FM 969 in Bastrop, on the Colorado River southeast of Austin. The farm opened in 2012. Community Impact reported that the venue announced a permanent close on August 2, 2023, ahead of that year's pumpkin season.

While it ran, fall weekends held a pumpkin patch and fall festival: a corn maze, pumpkins, games, live music, and views of the river. Spring brought a flower-field festival. The farm's own pages described themed mazes, hay rides, food, and a working hay operation with Dorper sheep.
