JE Dunn Construction hosted a topping-out for Paseo on Friday, August 23, 2024. The contractor's own post described a 48-story multifamily tower from LV Collective: about 835,000 square feet, 557 units, a nine-level 412-car garage, and a late-2025 opening. PappaGeorge Haymes Partners is named as the design firm on that release.
