Good Shepherd Lutheran shut the live 2020 Follow The Star walk-through and put the program on television. KXAN Studio 512 listed the virtual event for December 5 and 6: 6:00 p.m. December 5 on KXAN, 9:30 p.m. that night on KNVA, and 6:00 p.m. December 6 on KBVO.
The church told Studio 512 it needed the 300-person cast and crew, and the thousands who usually walk the Cedar Park campus, to stay home. The same ten-scene story still had to run: nativity through crucifixion, resurrection, and the rest of the path.
Because guests could not drop food at the lot, the congregation gifted Hill Country Community Ministries $5,000 that year. This film is the long 2020 television cut, about 28 minutes.
Who Hired The Camera
A December that cannot open the gates still needs a program people can watch. The 2020 hire was that broadcast file.

The cut opens on a crown of thorns with a Prince of Peace card over a red cloak. Interview holds sit in warm side light. Later two hosts shake hands on rustic crates between stone pillars and torch bowls, a script card in one hand.
