This one-minute highlight is dated December 16, 2017, three months after the city's September 15 substantial-completion date for the Hellas Design Build renovation of Portland, Texas Municipal Park and the Sports Complex.

The December 21, 2016 council award set a guaranteed maximum price of $16,567,446.25 for both parks. Hellas specified Matrix Turf with Geo Plus organic infill. The Synthetic Turf Council later named the two-park job its 2018 Sports Project of the Year.
