The end card on this film reads Vesper and VesperATX.com. The address is 84 East Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701, in the Rainey Street District. Pearlstone Partners, with ATCO Properties, lists a 41-story tower of 284 residences. Pearlstone's project page puts construction start in the third quarter of 2021 and completion in 2024.
Austin Towers wrote that the 452-foot tower broke ground in the summer of 2021 on a 0.4-acre site hemmed by the Camden Rainey Street apartments and a Homewood Suites. Both neighbors sit in these frames. The same report named STG Design as architect, McCray and Company on interiors, dwg. on landscape, and AECOMHunt as general contractor.
The Austin American-Statesman, on April 30, 2024, wrote that first residents were moving in. This cut is earlier. It holds the core, the crane, a sales gathering, and the street the tower faces.
Who Hired The Camera
A tower in sales hires a highlight so the neighborhood and the build can travel. The brief was Vesper ATX Living: downtown from the air, the deck, and a room with a microphone.
What The Camera Held
An aerial looks north across Lady Bird Lake into the downtown stack. A speaker in a white blazer holds a microphone against a hedge wall. Another take sits her at a stacked-log wall beside a PA speaker.

Rainey Street
Rainey Street sits on the southeast edge of downtown Austin, above Lady Bird Lake and a short walk from the Convention Center. Vesper's own site puts morning runs on the trail and dinner on Rainey as the point of the address. The film walks that street while the tower is still a deck.
What The Film Delivers
An amenity highlight has to show the neighborhood and the room a buyer would walk. Developers hire us when a Rainey Street tower needs a cut from the build and the gathering, not only a finished lobby card.
